Why clients train here

Individualized Programming

Every block written for your goals, schedule, and history — not a template pulled off the shelf.

Measured, Not Guessed

InBody composition scans, velocity tracking, and objective load progressions. You see the numbers move.

Coach Accountability

Direct messaging between sessions. Questions get answered, form gets reviewed, programming gets adjusted.

Movement Competence First

Technique locked in before load. Injuries prevented by design, not by rehab.

Session format

Pick the length that fits your life. Programming quality doesn't change.

30 min

Focused Blocks

Tight sessions built for clients already lifting on their own who want a precision hand on the main lifts.

45 min

Standard

The most common format. Primary lift + accessories + conditioning accent. Fits a lunch hour or early morning.

60 min

Full Session

Complete workout on site — warmup, main work, accessories, finisher, mobility. For the client who wants the whole hour.

All sessions are one-on-one at The Gym Jax, 14255 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville Beach, FL.

Common Questions

How is this different from a regular gym trainer?

Performance coaching uses periodized blocks, data-driven adjustments, and objective metrics. Jeremy has 19 years coaching — the first 15 in professional sports and military special operations, the rest running JMHP. The difference isn't subtle.

Do I need prior lifting experience?

No. Beginners often see the fastest results because the program is built correctly from the start — proper patterns, appropriate load, progressive overload. No wasted time on trend exercises.

What's the difference between 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions?

30-minute sessions are tight focus blocks for clients already training on their own. 45-minute is the most common — primary lift, accessories, conditioning accent. 60-minute is a full on-site session with mobility and finishers.

Do you write programming I can take to other gyms?

Yes. All programming lives in your Strength Foundry client app. You can train at The Gym Jax with Jeremy, or anywhere else on travel days, without losing continuity.

How do you track progress?

Every session logs load, reps, bar speed where relevant, and subjective RPE. InBody scans run monthly. Programs are adjusted against the data, not against how the last session felt.
