Training philosophy

One-on-one, because programming is personal. The difference between a strength program that works and one that doesn't is almost never the exercise selection. It's the weekly adjustments, the load choices, the recovery calls, the injury triage. Those happen when a coach knows the athlete.

Evidence-based, because belief doesn't produce strength. The programming decisions made here are the decisions the data supports — not the ones that trend, and not the ones that sound hardest. Progressions, deloads, and phase transitions are driven by what the numbers show, not by what week it is.

Structured, because motivation is unreliable. The program does the thinking. Every session has a target, a method, and a reason. You show up; the structure does the rest.
