How it works

  2. Baseline assessment — submit video of your current lifts. Jeremy builds your first block around what's actually happening, not what you think is happening.
  3. Training starts — program goes live in the Strength Foundry app. You log sets, send form video, message Jeremy whenever.
  4. Monthly review + adjustment — video call, data review, program updates. Phase transitions driven by what the numbers show, not by a calendar.

Common Questions

What do I need to get started remotely?

A gym (commercial or home) with a barbell, rack, bench, and standard accessories covers 95% of the programming. Jeremy works around whatever equipment you actually have — no mandatory cable stacks or specialty bars.

How is this different from a templated app plan?

Template apps give you someone else's workout. Hybrid coaching gives you a program built around your competing demands, training history, and actual schedule — then updates it as you progress. The app is the delivery mechanism, not the product.

How often do we check in?

Asynchronous messaging throughout the week — typically daily on training days. Scheduled video calls monthly, or more often during phase transitions. You set the depth; Jeremy keeps the cadence.

Can I meet you in person when I'm in Jacksonville?

Yes. Hybrid clients get drop-in sessions at The Gym Jax at preferential rate when they're in town. Useful for phase transitions, testing sessions, or just a reset.
